关于2018年学生注册收费的通知

                            同学家长:

您好!我校2018年学生注册交费即将开始。所有提前交付学费的将继续享受更多优惠。为方便家长,相关注意事项如下:

一,接待时间和地点:

周六、周 日:各分校办公室(上午9点至下午4点),仅限本学期最后四周,即11月18日/19日,11月25日/11月26日,12月2日/3日,12月9日/10日;

周一至周五以及学校假期接待(公众假期除外):

二,报名流程:

  • 学生注册:
  • 凡报读我校的学生均需填写一份学生信息表,并可在支付注册费和学费后进入教室上课。
  • 学生在校就读期间所需教材、课本由学校免费发放(遗失自补)。
  • 学生信息表由我校统一上交教育部。
  • 优惠举措:
    • 2017年12月24日前付清第二年全年费用的学生享受相应优惠(详见具体课程收费标准);
    • 同一家庭从第三个孩子起享受学费五折优惠,且全年注册费仅收一次;
    • 凡澳大利亚家庭领养的中国孩子,普通中文部学习期间学费全免,仅收注册费;
    • 本校教师子女享受学费20%减免,免收注册费;
    • 早教班学生学费全免,每半年注册一次,仅收注册费;
    • 本校毕业学生(凭毕业证书证明)子女,其学费享受教师子女待遇。

3, 退学需知:

如已注册学生因故退学,可在报读该半学年的前三周申请办理退费,其他时间恕不受理退费申请。

学生退费将扣除手续费$20及已读前三周学费,注册费一律不退。

退费申请以书面通知为准,可通过信件及电子邮件递交。

所有退费申请需出具缴费凭证,如无疑议,学校会在10个工作日内寄出支票。

三,支票付费,不用排队

         欢迎家长在本学期最后四周来学校办理缴费手续,如果您用支票付款,请参照招生简章内的收费标准,填妥支票(请写:XJS Chinese School),与“学生注册表”(可在学校网站www.xjs.vic.edu.au下载)一起装在信封里,直接放入“支票付款”信箱。您可避免缴费排队之烦恼;

         如邮寄支票付费。请参照招生简章内的收费标准,填妥支票(请写:XJS Chinese School),并请在支票背面写上学生姓名、就读校区、班级、家长姓名和联系电话,邮寄至:XJS Chinese School, P O Box 5042, Pinewood Vic 3149;

         学校为缓解家长排长队交费现象的出现,会适当增加安排一些工作人员来协助工作,敬请大家给与 支持和 配合。

2018 Enrollment Notice

Dear parents,

The enrollment for 2018 is available soon. A lot of benefits are available for advance payments. Please be advised the following information for your reference:

  1. Time and Venue

Saturdays & Sundays: The Chinese Office on each campus (9AM –4PM). The enrollment is only available in the last four weeks of Term 4, which is 18th /19th Nov, 25th/26th Nov, 2nd/3rd Dec and 9th/10th Dec.

Mon-Fri & School Holidays: Xin Jin Shan Chinese Library (9AM—5PM)  (Phone: 9888 1688)

  1. Admission Process:
  • Student Registration

All enrolling students are required to fill in the Student Information Form.

After paying tuition and registration fee, students are allowed access to classrooms.

The school provides free textbooks for enrolled students (additional fee will apply if original copies are lost).

Student Information Forms are submitted to the Department of Education and Training by the school.

  • Discount Policies
    1. Discounts apply for students who paid off full-year tuition fees by December 24th, 2017. (Please refer to 2018 Admission Guide)
    2. The third enrolled child of a family receives a 50% exemption of tuition fee. The child also pays registration fee once per school year.
    3. All Chinese-origin children adopted by Australian families are exempted from paying tuition fee. Only registration fee needs to be paid.
    4. Children of XJS teachers receive 20% tuition fee and full registration fee exemption.
    5. Early-learning is tuition-free. Only registration fee needs to be paid.
    6. Children of XJS alumni receive 20% tuition fee and full registration fee exemption (Graduate Certificate required).
  • Refund Policies

If enrolled and paid students need to drop out the semester, refund can be made within the first three weeks of the first term (e.g. refund in Term 1 for Semester 1, in Term 3 for Semester 2). Refund is not applicable at any other time of the school year.

A processing fee of $20 and the tuition fee of first three weeks will be deducted from the refund payment. Registration fee is not refundable at any time.

All refund application must be submitted in written forms either by post or through email.

Refund requires original receipt of payment. If all details are confirmed, the school would send out the cheque of refund payment within 10 business days after the application.

  1. Methods of payment:

You are welcome to make the payment within the last weeks of Term 4. If you would like to make the payment personally on the days indicated above and pay by cheque, please include your cheque (payable to: XJS Chinese School) and the Registration Form (can be downloaded from www.xjs.vic.edu.au) in an envelope and put it in the “Cheque Payment” Box provided.

If you choose to post the cheque, please write the cheque clearly based on the 2018 Admission Guide with the students’ name, parents’ name and contact number on the back of the cheque and post it to: XJS Chinese School, P O Box 5042, Pinewood Vic 3149.

More staff would be arranged to receive enrollment and payment on the enrollment days. Your support and understanding would be much appreciated.
