2023学年学生注册交费通知 2023 Payment Notice
亲爱的家长：
您好！感谢您和您孩子对我校的大力支持，我们即将顺利度过疫情后的第一年。2023年是一个全面走向正规的一年，我们将携手谱写华文教育的新篇章。
我校2023年的学生注册交费工作将从11月12/13日开始（11月26日周六因维州大选日我校当天停课一天，不办理交费手续），请您仔细阅读本通知。首先要跟家长们特别说明，众所周知，目前校舍租金、员工工资、物价和行政开销全面上涨，尽管如此，我校明年的学费仅作略微调整（详情请阅《2023年招生简章》内的收费标准）。除早教班（维持不变）之外，家长只要在12月18日之前注册并付清全年学费，各年级的学费每学期仅增长$12.50。我们相信，家长们对此会理解的。
请家长注意以下重要事宜：
1. 学校对提前一次付清全年学费的给予学费优惠；
•第一阶段早鸟优惠：2022年12月18日前一次付清全年学费
•第二阶段开学优惠：2023年第一学期内一次付请全年学费
2. 学校对同一家庭第三子女、教师子女、校友和退休教师子女一次付清全年学费给予学费优惠（享受该优惠的学生家长请到各校区办公室办理登记注册）
3. 如付半年学费则不享受上述优惠，优惠不可重复享受。
4. 所有在读学生注册付费，请仔细阅读各校区发出的注册交费指南通知
5. 各校区从11月12/13日起至12月17/18日，每个周末接待家长咨询及注册交费（11月26日维州大选日除外）。
各项优惠及课程收费标准请参阅我校《2023年招生简章》。明年学前班、1-6年级开设全天班，其中1-6年级全天班上下午各三节课，上午三节中文课，下午两节中文数学（用中文学数学，在数学中学中文），另外一节为中国绘画、中华文化常识和中文数学常规训练（下午班增发数学教材和中文版《一课一练》及文化常识课材料）。
我校严格遵守维多利亚州教育部的学生学籍管理各项规定，近年来在广大家长们的支持配合下，已逐步完善在网上进行学生注册和交费工作，日趋正规。我们再次恳请家长通过银行转账支付学费。

2023 Payment Notice
Dear parents：
Thank you very much for your great support in 2022. We believe we would return to normal next year and make another achievement in 2023.
Our 2023 enrolment is open from 12/13 November 2022 (There is a day-off on Saturday 26 November due to the State Election). Please read the following instructions regarding making payments for 2023. I would like to let you know that due to the rise of costs in classroom rental fees, staff wages and administration, we have slightly adjusted the 2023 prices (please refer to our 2023 Admission Guide). If full-year fees paid by 18 December, the price is only raised by $12.50 per term except for Early-learning class (whose price remains unchanged). We believe parents would understand this change.
Please be aware：
- Benefits are available for advanced full-year payments (please refer to the price guide below):
- First stage early-bird benefit：full-year payment by 18 Dec 2022
- Second stage Term 1 benefit: full-year payment by the end of Term 1, 2023
2. The 3rd child of a family, children of current and retired teachers and alumnus enjoy special full-year payment benefits (please make the payment onsite on each campus)
3. Discount does not apply to payment by semester. Discount applies ONCE only.
4. For all the existing XJS students, please read the payment notices for relevant campuses carefully.
5. Onsite enrolment enquiry is available on weekends from 12/13 Nov to 17/18 Dec (except for Saturday 26 Nov due to the State Election).
For the payment details, please read the 2023 Admission Guide for your reference. Moreover, there will be full-day classes for Prep and Year 1-9 students in 2023. For Year 1-9 full-day classes, there will be three sessions of Chinese in the morning; in the afternoon there will be two sessions of maths (learning maths in Chinese and improving Chinese in maths learning) and one session of Chinese painting/Chinese culture/maths exercise (maths textbooks, Chinese version of Shanghai Maths One Lesson One Exercise and Chinese culture materials will be provided for afternoon classes).
We comply with the student database management regulations of DET and have improved the online registration and payment system with the great support of our parents and students. All the enrolment and tuition payment processes are expected to be completed online. Please make the payment to the following bank account of XJS:

When making payment, please make the payment notice as the campus code with student name (if student TOM LEE enrolled at MS6 campus, notice is MS6-TOM.LEE）and screenshot the payment confirmation. Once the payment is done, please visit the following link（https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy4PCKzu310ipufWoemUefABj6NJ8y3NzcfN-8QfyNOHbhoA/viewform）or scan the following QR Code to fill in the Student Information Form, select the campus, upload the payment confirmation and complete the enrolment online.

You would receive the notice of placement one week before Term 1 starts on 4 Feb, 2023. The textbooks and exercise books would be available on the first day of school.
Please be aware that advanced payment would ensure your child’s place in with the best cost and appropriate teaching arrangements in 2023.
