表彰高考高分优秀学生和指导教师

各位老师、同学和家长：
大家好！本周末，我校各年级恢复正常上课。上个周末因联邦大选停课时，除了12年级毕业班教学坚持上课之外，我校不少教师参与了由他们任教年级的教研组长发起的教师教学教研活动，总结第一学期的教学，安排好第二学期的教学和学校将进行的上半学年考试工作。家长们对学校的教学工作有任何看法欢迎及时跟班主任老师沟通，也欢迎跟学校办公室联系，我们家校配合把我们优质的中文教学工作做得更好。
今天，我要在这里有一件重要的事跟大家报告：我校将于本周六（5月10日）在Mt Waverley总校举行高考表彰大会，表彰在2024年在VCE中文高考中取得高分的学生和他们的指导教师。
我先把将会受到表彰的优秀毕业生和优秀指导教师跟大家隆重介绍一下，他们是：
获得维州VCE 中文第二语言高级组高考满分第一名的殷嘉仪同学；
获得维州VCE中国语言、文化和社会科目高考第一名的温军洋同学；
获得维州VCE中文第一语言高考高分的吴卓瑜、陈鋆泓、翁合、梁宇桐、齐露熙、许舒涵等同学；
获得维州VCE中文第二语言高考高分的孙于墨、张紫钦、徐汝玉、林俊睿、张序昀、李霖先、杨亦琳、郭楚婷、李莎、曹煜、许嘉、陈思晗、李思琪、陈晓、刘安妮等同学；
获得维州VCE中文第二语言高级组高考高分的郝悦辰、赵芮欣、黄宇晨、赵菲扬、李卓卿、黄博彦、刘浩清、董滨毓、郑铭等同学。
在IB 中文高考中获得满分的徐欣桐、倪曼晴、何佳颖、张祎霖、朱贝蕾、郑哲仁、彭昊洋、黄瑞麟、张鑫珠、俞悦、陈睿潇、高安琪、李沁霖、李水蓝、蔡佳讯等同学。
因教学出色获得杰出指导奖的教师是王慧明、王一帆和杨莹老师，获得优秀指导奖的教师是李汉京、刘文霞、高宁、刘幸嫦、赵逸晨、沈雪羚和夏洁等老师。
我向所有优秀毕业生和他们的指导老师表示祝贺。同时，也想借此机会希望今年所有12年级的同学向这些优秀的学长、学姐学习，肯下苦功、肯花精力，永不放弃，争取在今年的VCE 中文高考中考出自己最好的水平。
此外，有件事要再跟家长们提示一下：我知道您每次送孩子来校都会遇到交通紧张的情况，无论是上学还是放学时段，请您务必注意在校园外留意泊车限制的标记以免受罚，在校园内请按照我校员工的提示停车、泊车避免堵塞。您可在校园100米之外的无限制地方停车，同时也请大家互相礼让，给孩子们树立榜样。感谢您送孩子来我校上学，并配合我校保障校园内师生们的安全。

Principal’s Message
Dear teachers, students and parents,
This weekend, all year-levels will resume normal classes. Last weekend, classes were suspended due to the federal election. During that time, except for the Year 12 classes which continued with their lessons, many of our teachers participated in professional development activities initiated by their respective year-level coordinators. These activities focused on reviewing the teaching outcomes of Term 1, planning for the Term 2 and preparing for the upcoming semester exams. Parents are welcome to share any feedback or suggestions regarding the school’s teaching efforts. You may contact the class teacher directly or reach out to the school office. Together, through close cooperation between school and families, we can continue to improve the quality of our Chinese language education.
Today, I have an important announcement to share with everyone: We will be holding a VCE Awards Ceremony this Saturday (May 10) at the senior campus of MWSC. The event will recognize students who achieved high scores in the 2024 VCE Chinese examinations as well as the teachers who guided them.
Let me first proudly introduce the outstanding graduates and exceptional teachers who will be receiving recognition. They are:
YIN Jiayi, who achieved a perfect score and the first place in Victoria in the VCE Chinese Second Language Advanced.
WEN Junyang, who achieved the first place in Victoria in VCE Chinese Language, Culture and Society.
WU Zhuoyu, CHEN Junhong, WENG He, LIANG Yutong, QI Luxi, and XU Shuhan who all achieved high scores in the VCE Chinese First Language.
SUN Yumo, ZHANG Ziqin, XU Ruyu, LIN Junrui, ZHANG Xuyun, LI Linxian, YANG Yilin, GUO Chuting, LI Sha, CAO Yu, XU Jia, CHEN Sihan, LI Siqi, CHEN Xiao, and LIU Anni who all achieved high scores in the VCE Chinese Second Language.
HAO Yuechen, ZHAO Ruixin, HUANG Yuchen, ZHAO Feiyang, LI Zhuoqing, HUANG Boyan, LIU Haoqing, DONG Binyu, and ZHENG Ming who all achieved high scores in the VCE Chinese Second Language Advanced.
XU Xintong, NI Manqing, HE Jiaying, ZHANG Yilin, ZHU Beilei, ZHENG Zheren, PENG Haoyang, HUANG Ruilin, ZHANG Xinzhu, YU Yue, CHEN Ruixiao, GAO Anqi, LI Qinlin, LI Shui Lan and CAI Jiaxun who achieved a perfect score in the IB Chinese examination.
The teachers who received the Outstanding Achievement Award for their excellent teaching are WANG Huiming, WANG Yifan and YANG Ying. The teachers who received the Outstanding Instructor Award are LI Hanjing, LIU Wenxia, GAO Ning, LIU Xingchang, ZHAO Yichen, SHEN Xueling and XIA Jie.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the outstanding graduates and their dedicated teachers. At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage all current Year 12 students to learn from these exemplary seniors—be willing to work hard, invest your energy and never give up. Strive to achieve your personal best in this year’s VCE Chinese examination.
In addition, I would like to remind all parents of an important matter: I understand that you often encounter traffic congestion when dropping off or picking up your children. Whether during arrival or dismissal times, please be sure to pay close attention to parking restriction signs outside the school to avoid fines. Please also kindly follow the instructions of our staff when parking or stopping your vehicle on campus in order to prevent congestion. You may park in unrestricted areas located about 100 meters from the campus. At the same time, we kindly ask everyone to be courteous and considerate to one another, setting a good example for the children. Thank you for bringing your child to our school and for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all students and staff.
