亲爱的老师、同学和家长：

        首先，衷心感谢广大家长积极给学校提出建议，在目前维州疫情依然严峻的情况下，我校决定第四学期剩余几周继续网课，至学期结束。其次，也衷心感谢大家在这非常特殊的又一年里始终与我们学校社区保持一起，给我们信念共克时艰，顺利完成2021年的教学任务！

        随着2022年的临近，大家都关注并询问学校明年的发展。虽然目前我们仍保持网课，但对明年我校教学返回正常充满信心。我们全校教职员工也已经做好了各项充分的准备，将一如既往给学生们提供优质的中文教学服务。

       为此，我在这里正式通知大家：我校将从11月20日/21日起办理2022年学生注册交费事宜。

       请大家特别注意：

1，我校严格遵守维多利亚州政府疫情期间各项限制举措，把师生和家长的健康安全放在第一位。我们要求所有我校学生家长在网上填写学生信息表及上传付费凭证，完成注册；

2，我们的学费按半年收费、全年收费两种方式，继续推出提前交付全年学费给予特殊优惠的举措，以及其它优惠举措。

     （1），在12月19日之前注册交付2022年全年学费的享受特别优惠，详见学校官网：《2022招生简章》（ https://xjs.vic.edu.au/2022-admission-guide-xjs-chinese-nov-2022/）；

      （2），同一家庭第三子女、校友子女和教师子女享受特殊优惠，详见《2022招生简章》（享受该优惠的学生家长请到指定校区办公室办理交费注册手续）。

3，我校系非盈利性注册社区语言学校，接受教育部监管并按教育部要求制定了各项规章制度，包括儿童安全政策、退学退费政策等，具体内容请查询学校官网（https://xjs.vic.edu.au/）。

2022年学生注册缴费相关注意事项如下：

一、请家长仔细阅读由各校区发出的学生交费通知，并按照通知内的填表交费指南，完成注册。

二、各校区的接待时间和地点：

        亲子学校

        接待时间：周六上午9点至下午4点；

        地点：Koonung Secondary College

                   615 Elgar Rd, Mont Albert North-Boxhill, VIC 3129

        学前早教、精英部、VCE及总校1-9年级

        接待时间：周六/周日上午9点至下午4点；

        地点：Senior Campus, Mt Waverley Secondary College

                   100 Stephensons Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149

三、付费方式：

• 请参照学校向家长发出的交费通知，在网上转账付费并保留凭证（务必截屏存根）。
• 特殊情况：信用卡、银行卡、银联卡和支票、现金（请尽可能避免现金）付费，请到以上各校区指定接待地点办理。

Principal’s Message

Dear teachers, students and parents,

Firstly, I would like to present my sincere appreciation to parents for providing us valuable feedbacks. Considering the current Covid-19 situations in Melbourne, we have decided to remain remote learning in the rest few weeks of Term 4 till the end of the term. Secondly, I would like to thank you all for staying with us in this very special year of 2021. As the coming of 2022, I know many of you are interested to know our arrangements for the next year. Although we are still doing remote learning at this stage, we are very confident that community language schools would resume onsite learning in 2022. We have been fully prepared for 2022 and would keep on providing high quality Chinese language learning services for all our students as usual.

We would like to inform you that the enrollment for 2022 is open from 20 /21 November 2021.

Please be aware:

1. Under the current COVID-19 restrictions, we put the health and safety of our students and parents in our first priority. Therefore, we highly recommend that you complete Student Information Form online and make the payment online for 2022 enrolment.

2. The tuition fees can be paid by Half-year, Full-year and Early Bird.

• Extra benefits would be available for advanced full-year payments by 19 Dec, 2021. Please refer to 2022 Admission Guide (https://xjs.vic.edu.au/2022-admission-guide-xjs-nov-2022/).
• The 3^rd child of a family, the children of teachers and alumnus can enjoy special benefits (please visit the designated campus venues for payments and enrolment).

3. XJS is DET accredited non-profit community language school and has developed a series of school policies as requested by DET such as Child Safety Policy and Refund Policy, etc. Please visit our school website at xjs.vic.edu.au for details.

1. Parents are expected to read the payment notices issued by each campus and follow the relevant instructions regarding payment and enrolment.

2. Time and Venue:

        Boxhill Campus:

        Time: Saturdays, 9AM-4PM

        Venue: Koonung Secondary College

• Please following the instructions indicated in the payment notices issued by each campus and take photos
• For special payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UNIPAY, cheque or cash (please try not paying by cash), please visit the designated venues above for payment and enrolment.
