各位老师、同学和家长：

大家好！今天上午，维州州长Daniel Andrews MP 宣布了维多利亚州新的疫情管制举措：从本周二（7月27）晚上11点59分起，墨尔本大都市地区疫情限制部分解禁：外出不限制5个理由，5公里限制取消；家中不可接待访客，户外聚会限10人；学校从本周三开始恢复教学；口罩在户外和室内仍需强制性佩戴。详情请参阅维多利亚州政府的公告（Victorian Government’s statement for more information）。根据这项新的疫情举措，我校决定从本周末（7月31日、8月1日）开始返回校园，所有年级恢复校区授课。

为此，我校针对政府新的疫情规定对校园安全提出以下要求：

1，所有教职员工和志愿者在校区的室内外都必须戴口罩（教师在上课期间可不用戴口罩）；

2，所有需要进入办公室咨询、报名交费，以及进入教学楼接送孩子的家长，在室内必须戴口罩；

3,   所有12岁及以上学生在教室里必须戴口罩；

4,   所有进入校区的教职员工和家长必须扫疫情追踪二维码登记；

5,   所有家长在上课期间不得在校园滞留。

请所有老师、同学和家长务必遵循，我们一起保护您和园内所有人的安全。

Principal’s Message

Dear teachers, students and parents,

I would like to inform you the Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews today announced the lockdown restrictions will be eased in metropolitan Melbourne from 11.59pm Tuesday 27 July, however a raft of restrictions will remain in place. The five reasons to leave home will be overturned. The 5km limit will be scrapped. Melburnians will not be able to have visitors to their homes, but outdoor gatherings are allowed for up to 10 people. Schools will be able to return to in-person learning on Wednesday. Masks are required everywhere outdoors and indoors. Please refer to the Victorian Government’s statement for more information. Therefore, our school will return to in-person learning from this weekend (31 Jul/1 Aug).

Based on the new restrictions, we urge all the staff, volunteers and visitors to follow the instructions below on campus:

1. All the staff and volunteers must wear face masks outside and inside (except if teaching) on campus
2. All the parents must wear face masks inside when entering offices for enquiry and registration and entering classrooms for picking up and dropping off kids
3. All the students aged 12 years and older must wear face masks in the classrooms
4. All the staff, volunteers and parents staying on campus over 15 minutes must check in on the QR Code.
5. No parents are allowed to stay on campus during class time.
   

Your cooperation on the new Covid-19 restrictions and regulations on campus would create a healthy and safe learning and working environment for all of us.
