2022年“中华文化大乐园”开营通知书

2022 Chinese Culture Camp Notice

同学家长：

Dear parent,

您好！我很高兴地通知您，您的孩子参加的2022年“中华文化大乐园”活动，将于6月27日（星期一）正式开营，7月1日（星期五）闭营。大乐园主办单位：中国海外文化交流协会，承办单位：北京华文学院。现将大乐园各项注意事项公布如下：

I’m pleased to inform you 2022 Chinese Culture Camp would start from Monday 27 June to Friday 1 July. The host of the event is China Overseas Exchange Association and the organiser of the event is Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College. Please be aware of the information below for your reference:

大乐园营地地址 Camp Site：

Mt Waverley Secondary College, Junior Campus（新金山精英中文部）

（请注意：学校停车位有限，如在校园周围停车请注意是否有泊车标志，以免受罚）。Due to the limited parking spots onsite, if you park outside the campus, please read the local parking signs carefully to avoid unnecessary fines.

请于6月27日（星期一）上午9：15—9：30之间前往各个班级报到（请参阅营地地图）。Students are expected to report their arrival in their classrooms (please refer to camp map) 9:15AM-9:30AM on Monday 27 June.

营地才艺活动时间：上午9：30 – 下午3：15（3：15—3：30家长接孩子时间）。

Camp activities time: 9:30AM – 3:15PM (pick-up time is 3:15PM-3:30PM)

营地早晚托服务时间：上午8：30 – 9：30，下午3：30 – 4：30（地点：三班教室，无需预约，收取$10/天。如超过5点将加收托管费用）。

Morning and aftercare time: 8:30AM – 9:30AM, 3:30PM – 4:30PM (venue: Class 3. No booking required. $10/day. Extra cost applies after 5PM.)

请注意下列事项Please be aware：

1，请给您的孩子准备好水、水果、点心，请不要携带干果和蛋制品，以免引起其他学生的过敏反应（营地提供午饭，请勿带午饭）；Please prepare some fruits, snacks and water for your child. DO NOT bring nuts and egg-based products to avoid allergy reactions of other students. (Lunch is provided onsite. DO NOT bring lunch for your child.)

2，请给您的孩子准备充足保暖衣服，低年级学生加内裤和外裤，以便特殊情况时替换； Please prepare warm clothes for your child. For young children, extra underwear and pants are recommended for change in case of emergency.

3，如果您的孩子需要请假的话，请书面或发短信通知营地办公室（请注明孩子的班级代号）；If you ask for leave for your child, please inform the camp office (please report your child’s class code).

4，如果您的孩子需要使用药物，请作好安排并告知班主任老师；If your child needs any medication, please make it ready and inform your child’s class teacher.

5，如果您的孩子检测阳性，或有发烧、感冒和腹泻等症状，请待在家里并通知营地办公室；If your child is found Covid positive, or is experiencing fever, flu symptoms or diarrhea, please stay at home and inform the camp office.

6，请不要给您的孩子携带任何贵重物品，避免引起不必要的损失；Do not bring any valuable items to the camp to avoid unnecessary lost.
