2025年注册缴费攻略

我校2025年学生注册缴费工作将从11月16/17日开始，欢迎有兴趣学习中文和中华文化的学生报名。我校2025年的招生简章可以在学校官网上查阅（https://xjs.vic.edu.au/xjs-admission-guide-chinese/），请留意招生简章中的退费条款，各年级的教材和相关教学资料也可以在学校官网查阅（https://xjs.vic.edu.au/form_download/）。

请家长在注册缴费时注意以下重要事宜：

·       2025年学费按全年／半年收费，学生在2024年12有20日前付费，可享受早鸟优惠价（全年/半年学费25%优惠+注册费）。

·       学校对校友子女、同一家庭第三子女、在职教职员工子女提供付费优惠，具体费用请联系各校区办公室确认；

·       学校提供的付费优惠不可重复使用；

·       如您对上述付费优惠政策不明确的话，欢迎到各校区办公室咨询；

·       学费请转账支付（或现金存入学校账户），不接受现金、不刷卡；

·       您在转账付费时请务必在备注里写上您孩子的VSN号和姓名全名（与日校注册名一致）；

·       VSN是一个9位数的号码，家长可以通过以下方法找到学生的VSN:

Ø  日校使用的家校联系App，比如公校的Compass或者私校自己的App（在Compass App中，家长可以点击学生头像，在学生个人信息中找到VSN）

Ø  日校给家长的报名信息确认信

Ø  日校发给家长的成绩报告单

Ø  Home schooling的学生可以在Confirmation of Home Schooling这份文件中找到学生的VSN

Ø  如果以上方法都找不到，家长可以直接与日校联系，询问孩子的VSN

·       您需要保留付款凭证并在学生信息表更新时上传付款凭证

·       根据教育部规定，社区语言学校的学生必须每年注册一次。2024年已在线填写过学生信息表的学生（为老生）家长可在自己的邮箱中搜索“新金山中文学校学生信息表”，选择edit responses对2025年的学生信息进行更新。家里有几个孩子的会有对应几个不同邮件（如忘记注册邮箱，请联系班主任查询），在学生信息表里需要更新的内容有：学生VSN号、2025日校和年级、2025年我校就读校区和年级，上传明年学费转账截图，然后提交。

·       2025年新生请在我校官网（https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy4PCKzu310ipufWoemUefABj6NJ8y3NzcfN-8QfyNOHbhoA/viewform）直接在线注册。在“学生VSN”部分，请输入学生在日校的VSN号或者选择“无VSN”（如果孩子还在上幼儿园或者家长无法获得孩子的VSN），然后根据网上的提示填写学生的个人信息、完成付费、上传付费凭证并最后完成注册。

·       注册交费递交成功后，您会收到Google自动发送的确认邮件。您会在明年2月8日开学前一周收到开学通知，并在开学后领到教材和练习本。提前付费可确保您孩子在班级的名额，既可节省费用，又可配合学校编班及教师安排。

·       我校各校区从11月16/17日起至12月14/15日，每个周末接待家长咨询及协助办理注册交费。

2025 Enrolment Notice

Our 2025 enrolment is open from 16/17 November 2024. If you are interested in Chinese language and culture, you are more than welcome to join XJS. Our 2025 Admission Guide is available online at https://xjs.vic.edu.au/xjs-admission-guide/and please pay attention to the refund policy as well. The textbooks for each year level could be found online as well (https://xjs.vic.edu.au/form_download/).

Please be aware:

·        2025 payment can be paid by full-year and semester. Students could enjoy the early-bird benefits (25% off full-year/semester tuition fee + admin fee) by making 2025 payments by 20 December 2024.

·        XJS alumnus, the 3rd child of a family and the children of current staff and teachers could also enjoy payment discounts. Please contact our Chinese offices onsite for details.

·        Discount applies ONLY ONCE.

·        If you have any questions regarding discounts, please visit our Chinese offices onsite.

·        All the payments are to be transferred to the designated bank account of XJS. Cash and EFTPOS is not acceptable.

·        Please put your child’s VSN number and full name (same as registered in mainstream schools) in the payment reference.

·        VSN is a 9-digit number that each student has when entering primary and secondary schools in Victoria. You can find your child’s VSN in various ways:

Ø  In the school App such as Compass: click the photo of your child in Compass and find your child’s VSN in the section of ‘student information).

Ø  In the enrolment confirmation from the student’s day school.

Ø  In the Confirmation of Home-Schooling document.

Ø  You can ask for your child’s VSN from his/her day school.

·        You are expected to save the payment confirmation (or screenshot) and upload the document when updating your child’s 2025 enrolment form.

·        DET requires all the community language school students to fill in the enrolment form each year. If you are 2024 existing student and have submitted 2024 student enrolment form earlier, search “新金山中文学校学生信息表”in your email and click “edit responses” to update your child’s 2025 information. You might have to search a couple of emails if you have more than one child registered at XJS. If you couldn’t remember which email to be searched, contact your child’s class teachers for assistance. The information to be updated for 2025 include: student VSN number, 2025 day school name and year level, 2025 XJS campus and year level and 2025 payment confirmation (or screenshot) to be uploaded.

·        If you are 2025 new student, please visit our school website at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy4PCKzu310ipufWoemUefABj6NJ8y3NzcfN-8QfyNOHbhoA/viewform for online registration. In the VSN section, please enter your child’s VSN number from the day school or select ‘No VSN’ if your child is attending a childcare or you couldn’t find your child’s VSN. Then you can move forward under the online instruction to fill in the student’s personal information, complete payment, upload payment confirmation evidence and complete your child’s 2025 enrolment.

·        You will receive an auto reply email from Google confirming your submission of 2025 student enrolment form. You would receive the notice of placement one week before Term 1 starts on 8 Feb 2025. The textbooks and exercise books would be available on the first day of school. Please be aware that advanced payment would ensure your child’s place with the best cost and appropriate teaching arrangements in 2025.

·        Our campuses would be open for enquires and registration instructions on weekends from 16/17 Nov to 14/15 Dec.
