2025年学生报名交费注册事宜

各位老师、同学和家长：

大家好！首先，感谢全校老师、同学和家长们的重视和配合，我们顺利度过上个星期六今年第一个高温天。全校师生们的健康安全始终是学校工作的重点，本周六我们又将引来一个高温天气，请大家务必做好防暑、防晒，课间不要在室外奔跑玩游戏。

其次，我校2025年学生报名交费注册在上个周末全面展开后，第一个周末已经有435位学生完成交费注册，他们全部享受学校公布的早鸟优惠。请家长们注意：早鸟优惠截止日期为12月20日，具体优惠金额请阅读学校通过班主任老师发给您的学生交费通知，上面有不同年级全年收费标准以及早鸟优惠的收费标准。我们学校2025年的学费收费标准跟2024年的完全一样，早鸟优惠政策是指在今年12月20日之前交费的可享受全年学费的25%的优惠（不包括注册费）。因此，有家长在跟我联系时开玩笑说给孩子提前报了名早鸟优惠付了费省下了几百元钱足以满足给孩子买圣诞和新年礼物了，可见早鸟优惠确实给家长带来了实惠。学生提前交费注册既享受优惠省钱、锁定班级，也为学校明年的教师聘任和租用日校的教室做好了准备。感谢大家的理解和配合！

由于不少家长在报名咨询时问到了我们学校跟其它补习辅导等教培学校有什么不同的问题，今天我在这里跟大家作个介绍：

新金山中文学校是注册为非盈利性、非宗教性、非政治性的社团，经过向维多利亚州教育部Department of Education and Training Victoria （简称 DET）申请，被批准为维多利亚社区语言学校（中文学校），接受教育部领导和Community Language Schools of Victoria（简称CLV）的监管（包括教育部的资助）。

此外，我们学校向维多利亚州高考局Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority（简称VCAA）申请提供VCE高中中文单科文凭教育资格，获得批准可教授中文第一语言FL、中文第二语言SL、中文第二语言高级组SLA、中国语言文化和社会CLCS的高中课程。

由于具有VCE单科文凭的教学资格，我们学校每年需接受维多利亚州教学机构注册和资格监督局Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority （简称VRQA）的年度审核。

简而言之，作为一所具有VCE课程教学资格的中文学校，必须严格遵守教育部和CLV的各项规定、遵照高考局的教学大纲，接受教学机构注册和资格监督局的审核，为社区提供优质的中文教学服务。这些是我们社区语言学校与教培机构的不同之处。

最后还是请家长配合学校尽快做好您孩子明年的交费注册。如果您在注册时有遇到任何问题和困难，请在周末到校区办公区，我们友善和富有经验的接待工作人员会给您提供帮助。周末校园见！

Principal’s Message

Dear teachers, students and parents,

Thanks for your great support, we survived the first heat wave last weekend. The health and safety of our students, teachers and admin staff are always the priority of the school. This coming Saturday is getting hot again. Please be prepared with sunscreen, hats and water bottles and don’t run outside during the break time.

Our 2025 enrolment and registration started last weekend and 435 students have already made payment and completed their 2025 enrolment and registration within a week. I would like to remind you our Early-bird benefit is due on 20 December and prices for each year level can be found in the enrolment notices handed out by your class teachers last week. The 2025 prices remain the same as those in 2024 and you could enjoy 25% off tuition fees (excluding administration fee) if you make the payment by 20 December. Some parents even claim the saved money could be used to buy Christmas and New Year presents for their children. They consider it a real benefit for the family. Your advanced payment and registration would save your money, lock your places in 2025 and make it easier for us to arrange teachers and rent classrooms for 2025. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.

Many parents have raised questions about the difference between XJS and other coaching organizations when enquiring for 2025 registration. I would like to let you know more about our school here.

Xin Jin Shan Chinese Language and Culture School is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political community language school approved and accredited by the Department of Education and Training Victoria (DET) and supervised by the Community Language Schools of Victoria (CLV).

We are also approved and accredited by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) providing VCE Year 11 and 12 Chinese programs including VCE Chinese as First Language, VCE Chinese as Second Language, VCE Chinese as Second Language Advanced and Chinese Language, Culture and Society. As a VCE Single Study Provider, we are approved and accredited by the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA).

As a school qualified to provide VCE courses, we comply with all the relevant regulations and policies of DET and CLV, follow the curriculum of VCAA and receive audit of VRQA to make sure providing high quality Chinese language teaching services. This is what makes XJS different from other organizations.
