2026学年学生注册交费通知
亲爱的家长：
您好！首先，感谢您和您的孩子在即将过去的2025年对我校的大力支持！在今年我校3500多名学生中，有很多是在早教学前年龄阶段就送来我校学习的学生，还有数以千计的在疫情期间没有放弃跟我们一起在线学习的学生，以及克服种种困难从维多利亚乡村和边远地区每个周末赶来我校学习的学生。这是我们新金山中文学校的老师们坚持30多年尽心尽责教好中文的动力，我相信我们的老师们一定会不忘初心、继续教好您的孩子，为社区提供优质的中文教学服务。
我校2026年学生注册交费工作将从本周末（10月25/26日）开始，请您仔细阅读本通知。我校明确明年各年级的学费全部保持不变，具体参阅各年级老师下发的交费指南。
请家长注意以下重要事宜：
· 所有学生可享受早鸟付费优惠：在2025年12月19日前付费，享受全年/半年学费25%的优惠（注册费除外），建议您在12月6日/7日学校放假前交费；
· 同一家庭第三子女学费50%优惠，校友及在职教职员工子女可享优惠（需到办公室核实）；
· 优惠不可重复使用。具体情况请到各校区办公室咨询（放假前每个周末接待）；
· 学费请转账支付（或现金存入学校账户），不接受现金、不刷卡；
· 您在转账付费时请在备注里写上您孩子在日校的学生编号（VSN）和姓名全名（与日校注册名一致）。所有2026年在维州就读一年级以上的学生均有VSN，家长可以从日校获得孩子的VSN；

· 您需要保留付款凭证并在学生信息表更新时上传付款凭证
· 根据教育部规定，社区语言学校的学生必须每年注册一次。2025年已在线填写过学生信息表的学生（老生）家长可在自己的邮箱中搜索 “新金山中文学校学生信息表” ，选择edit responses或 “编辑回复” 对2026年的学生信息进行更新。家里有几个孩子的会有对应几个不同邮件（如忘记注册邮箱，请联系班主任或到校区办公室查询），在学生信息表里需要更新的内容有：学生VSN号（如2025年未提供）、2026日校和年级、2026年我校就读校区和年级，上传明年学费转账截图，然后提交。
· 注册交费递交成功后，您会收到Google自动发送的确认邮件。您会在明年2月7日开学前一周收到开学通知，并在开学后领到教材和练习本。提前付费可确保您孩子在班级的名额，既可节省费用，又可配合学校编班及教师安排。
· 各校区从10月25/26日起至12月6/7日，每个周末接待家长咨询及协助办理注册交费。

2026 Student Registration and Payment Notice
Dear Parents,
First of all, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you and your child for your strong support of XJS throughout 2025.
Among the more than 3,500 students enrolled this year, many began their studies with us at the early childhood education stage, thousands more continued learning with us online during the pandemic without giving up, and many families have overcome various difficulties to travel from rural Victoria and remote areas every weekend so their children could attend classes at XJS.
This dedication and trust are what inspire the teachers of XJS, who have been committed to teaching Chinese with care and responsibility for over 30 years. We firmly believe that our teachers will continue to stay true to their mission — to educate your children well and to provide the community with high-quality Chinese language education services.
Our school’s registration and fee payment for 2026 will begin this coming weekend (25/26 October). Please read this notice carefully. We would like to clarify that tuition fees for all year levels will remain unchanged next year. For details, please refer to the payment guide distributed by the class teachers.
Please note the following important information:
· Early Bird Discount: All students are eligible for an early bird discount. Payments made before December 19, 2025 will receive a 25% discount on the annual or half-year tuition fee (administration fees excluded). We recommend completing the payment before the school holiday on 6/7 December.
· Sibling and Staff Discounts: The third child in the same family will receive a 50% tuition discount. Discounts are also available for children of alumni and current school staff (verification required at the office).
· Discount Rules: Discounts cannot be combined. For specific cases, please consult the office at each campus (open every weekend before the holidays).
· Payment Method: Tuition payments should be made via bank transfer or cash deposit into the school account. Cash and card payments are not accepted.
· Payment Notes: When making your transfer, please include your child’s Victorian Student Number (VSN) and full name (as registered at their day school) in the payment reference. All students studying in Year 1 or above in Victoria in 2026 will have a VSN. Parents can obtain their child’s VSN from their day school.

· Keep and upload proof of payment: Please retain your payment receipt and upload it when you update the Student Information Form.
· Annual registration & how to update returning students’ info: In accordance with the Department of Education’s requirements, students at community language schools must register every year. For returning students who completed the online Student Information Form in 2025, parents can search their email inbox for “新金山中文学校学生信息表” and choose “edit responses / 编辑回复” to update the 2026 details. Families with multiple children will receive separate emails for each child (if you’ve forgotten the registered email, please contact the class teacher or visit the campus office). Please update the following in the form: the student’s VSN (if not provided in 2025), the 2026 day school and year level, the 2026 campus and year level at XJS, and upload a screenshot of the tuition transfer for 2026, then submit.
· Confirmation & start-of-term notice: After your registration and payment are submitted successfully, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Google. You will receive a start-of-term notice one week before February 7 next year, and textbooks/workbooks will be issued after school begins. Paying early secures your child’s place, saves on fees and helps the school with class placement and teacher scheduling.
· On-site weekend assistance: From October 25/26 to December 6/7, each campus will be open every weekend to answer questions and assist with registration and fee payment.
